Teachers Complete Leadership York Program

Spring Grove Area School District is proud to recognize Ms. Erika Koblitz, SGAHS Learning Support Teacher, and Ms. Latisha Barnes, SGAMS Social Studies Teacher, for completing Leadership York’s Leadership for Diverse Schools program.

The program runs in the evenings from September through May and helps educators strengthen leadership skills and develop strategies to support positive, productive learning environments where all students feel respected and connected. Participants also develop tools to better communicate and collaborate with a wide range of students, families, and colleagues.

Ms. Phalon Mallory, Assistant Principal at SGAMS and a 2022 graduate of the same program, proudly attended the graduation ceremony in support of Ms. Koblitz and Ms. Barnes.
